Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) is a key manufacturing facility of Roeslein & Associates, specializing in the fabrication and integration of turnkey modular systems for industries including beverage can manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas, and industrial processing. Located in Red Bud, Illinois, RMF provides a full range of in-house capabilities including structural and pipe fabrication, electrical assembly, panel building, and complete modular unit assembly. Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment. In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Red Bud, IL facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will perform various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform PM on assigned machines in support of department production requirements and schedules.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Safely set up, calibrate, clean and operate various equipment, including, but not limited to: brake press, shear, CNC plasma cutting table, forklift, metal saw, iron worker, drill press, laser table, beam line, and watts cutting table.
  • Abililty to troubleshoot equipment. Control and adjust machine settings within skills and abilities.
  • Prepare parts using combination squares, tape measure, levels, rulers, etc.
  • Examine work pieces for defects using tape measures, form gauges, height gauges, templates, etc. to ensure conformance with specifications.
  • Inspect parts to specifications and making adjustments or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.Perform daily maintenance as outlined by the preventative maintenance system.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
  • At least two years of manufacturing or industrial experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience operating various equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to read blue prints, ISO’s and other technical documents is required
  • Strong math skills and problem solving skills are required.

Pay Range

Salary Range: Starting from USD $22.80/Hr.
