POSITION SUMMARY:
The Treasury & Debt Manager will own the day-to-day treasury operating model and support the CFO with cash, debt, banking, liquidity, short-term investment, and treasury control matters. This role will help establish clear processes for cash forecasting, debt schedules, lender reporting, bank account administration, signer controls, customer deposit liquidity, and treasury reporting.
The position requires a hands-on treasury professional who can work across a growing global organization and partner closely with the Enterprise Controller, FP&A, Finance Systems / Oracle Transformation, operations, legal, external banking partners, and other stakeholders. The role is expected to improve visibility, strengthen controls, reduce key-person dependency, and create repeatable treasury processes that support accurate reporting and sound financial decision-making.
