About the Role

You will weld stainless and carbon steel pipe in a production environment, meeting ASME B31.3 and X-ray quality standards. You’ll read prints, fit and assemble pipe components, and safely operate welding and power tools. This role focuses on consistent quality, safety, and teamwork while keeping jobs moving efficiently. 

Responsibilities

What You Will Do (Essential Functions):

 

  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
  • Assemble, install, align, and repair pipe systems.
  • Pass ASME B31.3 6G MIG welding test on 2” & 6” stainless steel pipe
  • Consistently meet X‑ray quality standards.
  • Operate welding, hand, and power tools safely.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Demonstrate strong time management, professionalism, and teamwork

Qualifications

What You Bring (Skills, Abilities, Experience)

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
  • Certification in welding is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of pipe welding is required.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and a strong attention to detail are required.
  • Strong math skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime.
  • Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.
  • Experience with GMAW and FCAW
Work Environment

Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

Salary Range: USD $31.00/Yr. - USD $38.17/Yr.
